Hmm… I wonder what that “one thing” was…
I’m currently exhibiting at GaymerX3 in San Jose, CA this weekend, December 11th-13th, and I’m going to have Artifice graphic novels and special advance copies of The Young Protectors Volume One for sale!
GaymerX3 takes place in the San Jose Marriott and San Jose Convention Center in downtown San Jose. It is “an annual convention focused on games and gaming culture – Video Games, Tabletop Games & Card Games! The focus is on creating a fun and safe space for gamers and gaymers of all identities to have fun and hang out with like minded folks. GaymerX is a ‘queer space’, in that many of the panels revolve around queer issues or queer devs, but GX3 is made for everyone and everyone is welcome!”
This is one of my favorite conventions to exhibit at. All the attendees are super-cool and welcoming, it’s well attended with thousands of LGBT geeks (including lots of webcomic fans), and it’s just an amazingly fun time. I will be there the whole weekend, and I’ll be selling and signing books and special Artifice and The Young Protectors prints, including some new sexy posters I haven’t sold anywhere else. And, at this Con, I will also have a limited supply of the first Young Protectors graphic novel! This is a special circumstance and these books won’t be available for sale to the general public until next year. So, if you’re wanting to be one of the first people to get their hands on the first Young Protectors book — and have me sign it — please stop by!
GaymerX3 is taking place this weekend, December 11th-13th and the badges are almost sold out! So, if you think you might want to go, please hop over to the Web site right away. I’ll be in Booth 613 in the Expo Hall (you can see a map of the Expo Hall here.)
I’ve attended for the first two years, and it really is a great time for both readers and creators. Please tell your friends about it. I hope to see you there!
So! Did Flyboy just admit he was crazy in love with Cory? Does he still have those feelings? Does Cory still think he’s gay? And what the heck is “all this stuff” they did? (Was it playing Matchbox cars? Gosh, I loved playing Matchbox cars…)
Tune in this Wednesday to find out! Hope to see you there! 😀
