ANNIVERSARY PATRON THANK YOUS

It’s my great pleasure to send out another, very special Woolfpack anniversary “thank you!” to the superheroes of this comic who have been supporting our work month after month!

First let me thank a pack member who has been supporting our work for the last 12 months as of this week (Jan 5-11):

Tanja W.

(You totally rock, Tanja!)

I’d like to send out a big thank you to members of the Woolfpack who have been supporting our work for 24 months of this week (Jan 5-11):

Charles F. and JW V.

(Two years of support! Thank you so much, Charles and JW!)

Thank you all so much for your amazing, ongoing support! It’s the consistent support that is what really allows me to continue making this comic. You all truly are superheroes!

So!

So! We finally get to meet Spooky’s assistant! Wait, isn’t that the one who…? Well, anyway! Still nice to meet her, right, Mitch?

I wonder who else we’re going to meet?

Tune in this Saturday to find out! Hope to see you there! 😀

Comments From The Young Protectors Community

  1. I love her cool attitude about it all :joy: If someone told me “Hey, this guy is from the future” I’d stop for a second
I really like how cheerful she is

  2. After working with a young lad returned from hell? Another young lad from the future is just “bleah”.so, what’s next for her.

  3. The artwork on Cassidy reminds me of “Dick Tracy” cartoons for some reason. Fiftyish dress, skirt and hair. Not bad mind you, just in the same style.

  4. Avatar for Klaus Klaus says:

So whatever reason she has for staying after midnight and thanking God, it is not urgent enough to dispense with courtesy.

  5. Cassidy is definitely another fun one for me to write for. After working with Spooky for several months, this isn’t even the tenth strangest thing she’s encountered.

    And she loves it all.

    Yes.

And, as you noted on Patreon, the script reveals why. Cassidy embraces the vintage look. And Adam is able to nail that style with flair.

Not for Cassidy. Not when there is a stranger in the mix. She values her professionalism (and vintage values) too much.

  6. Goodness, she even has a “beauty mark” on her cheek. ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beauty_mark )

So, Mitchell, be polite. Take your hands out of your pockets and shake the nice woman’s hand. She probably doesn’t have cooties.

  7. Cassidy does indeed have a beauty mark. (Something we added in the 2nd pass of pencils, actually.)
